The Nocturnal Adoration Society is an association of

Catholics dedicated to prayer before the Eucharist for the

praise of God and for the needs of the world.

       Membership requires one thing only; to

spend one hour, once a month during the hours of

the night, on a given night, in prayer before the

Blessed Sacrament exposed in a church There are

no dues and no prescribed social activities other

than prayer.

    The Nocturnal Society of St. Anthony of Padua Church invites all

parishioners to come and join us on Friday, March 5*. Anyone interested

in becoming a member of the Nocturnal Society will be installed at the

9:00 p.m. hour.

The Nocturnal Adoration Society has a threefold purpose:

       1) To provide a fervent response to Christ's invitation to keep prayerful

vigil with Him.

       2) To deepen the experience of communion with Christ Eucharist, a$ He

continues His self-offering and saving influence.

       3) To live more consciously and actively to full significance of the

Eucharist as the sacrament of charity and unity for the church and the world.

       There arc also Indulgences that may be gained by anyone who fulfills the

 required conditions.
