There are four phases to the Bishop's Annual Appeal:
Phase I) In January of each year, the

Catholic Ministries Appeal Diocesan Office mails a Brochure and Pledge Card to all registered parishioners. Parishioners may use this card for their pledge and mail it directly to the Diocese.
Phase II) Committee members appeal to parishioners on three weekends during

February at all the Masses.
Phase III) Committee members telephone parishioners for

pledges not reached in Phase I or Phase II. This occurs in March and entails approximately

20 calls per Committee member over a three-week period.
Phase IV). Solicit via mail

parishioners not reached in Phases I, II or III.

Stewardship Committee     Back

Participate in a leadership group devoted to discovering and communicating insights into

Christian discipleship and their insights into Stewardship as a way of life. Members plan the

areas of education and renewal of time, talent and treasure. Meetings will be held during the

year plus attendance at Diocesan Workshops. Training provided and required.
