Take the Northern State Parkway (Exit 42 North) or the Long Island Expressway (Exit 51). Proceed north on Route 231(Deer Park Avenue), past the Dix Hills Fire Department (on right) and at the fork bear right (County Road 66 - Deer Park Road East). This will merge into Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) going east. Proceed east on Jericho Turnpike about 1.2 miles to Larkfield Road. (Sears and the Huntington Square Mall is on your right.) Turn left on Larkfield Road and go north on Larkfield Road 2.3 miles to Fifth Avenue (Mario's Pizza and a Getty Gas Station are on the corner.) Turn right on Fifth Avenue and go one block to Cheshire Place. Turn left on Cheshire Place. St. Anthony's Church and parking lot is on your right.
